As we gear up for another exciting marching season, Everything Day is your one-stop event to prepare for the journey ahead. As our band grows, we’ve made some changes to EVERYTHING DAY to better accommodate everyone. Rest assured, we’re committed to minimizing stress and providing a warm welcome to all new members.
The details below should answer most of your questions, but feel free to reach out if you need more information. Here is what you need to know:
What is Everything Day?
Everything Day is held at the start of the marching season to help students and parents:
Pick up required supplies
Complete uniform sizing
Make meal selections
Sign up for communications
Pay required fees
Purchase Stampede gear
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, August 3rd, 2024
Times:
Returning Students: 8 AM -12 PM
New Students: 1 PM -5 PM
Color Guard: 11:30 AM -1 PM
Location: A40 Band Hall and surrounding rooms (enter through the bus loop door)
Please pay close attention to the following details:
Leadership will complete the process on Friday, August 2nd at 5 pm.
Returning students will sign up for hour-long slots between 8 am and 12 pm.
Color Guard members will sign up between 11:30 am and 1 pm.
New students will sign up for hour-long slots between 1 pm and 5 pm.
What to Bring:
Parent/Guardian and student
Payment for required fees (cash or check preferred, credit card accepted with a processing fee)
Extra funds for Stampede Spirit Gear
Dress Code: Wear athletic shorts for uniform fitting and be ready for pictures in your new uniform!
Why Separate Times for New and Returning Students?
To enhance the welcoming experience and provide personalized support, new students will be matched with leaders to assist them. Register all students in the new student slots if you have both a new member and returning to streamline the process and avoid multiple trips.

Volunteers Needed!
We need volunteers to make Everything Day a success. If you can help, please sign up and join us from 7:30 AM to 1 PM. If you are a new parent/guardian that hasn't registered with BISD please register below if you like to help volunteer this year. Please make sure to select Band Boosters as the option when registering.

Have you turned in your required forms for the band?
If you haven't turned in the forms please ensure that they are turned in to RankOne and not the directors this is a requirement to march for the season.

Is Everything Day Required?
Yes, Everything Day is mandatory for all new and returning band and color guard students.
